TEMPPI -THERMOMETER MANUAL
Most TEMPPI -models are ready to use -delivered in one piece.
Few longer probes are delivered in two peaces. The wires are ready connected.
UNPACK
- take care not to cut or pull the wires at the probe junction
- Screw the probes together using a sealing adhesive or silicon at the threads
- Do not open anymore
- Ready to use
THE BATTERY
The thermometer runs with one 1,5 V LR6, size AA battery, type alkali
Power consumption is minimal, so battery duration time is about 5 years. Do not disconnect even if thermometer is not in use.
CALIBRATION
The thermometers are ready calibrated to give accuracy < 1,0 C at the range of 0 – 100 C. Extra calibration is not needed nor possible.
TEMPERATURE UNITS
Standard unit is degree Celsius, C.
If informed at the order, also Fahrenheit scale is possible.
